Is there a fee or minimum spend?
No fee. Trade pricing starts at 50 panels per fabric code; the account itself has no minimum.
Can I keep retail and trade pricing separate?
Yes. Retail checkout stays available; trade prices appear only when signed in to the account.
Do you offer net terms?
Net 30 on approved accounts after two completed orders. Otherwise 50% deposit, 50% before dispatch.
Can several people use one account?
Yes, from the Advanced tier you can add colleagues with their own logins.
